She was a native of Clinton County, KY, and a resident of the Russell County, KY, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late Joanna Jones and Willie C. Losey. Sher husband, Jimmy K. Hadley, survives. She leaves four direct living descendants. She was a homemaker and worked at Fruit of the Loom.

Thelma L. Hadley, 61, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at the Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs, KY.

Funeral Services for Thelma L. Hadley will be Monday, October 6, 2014 at 1pmCT, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY with Bro. Jesse Jewell and Bro. Ernest Mann officiating. Friends may visit after 4:30pmCT, on Sunday, October 5,, 2014 at the funeral home. Burial in the Jamestown City Cemetery on N Main Street, Jamestown, KY.

She was born in Albany, Clinton KY on December 24, 1952. She was a daughter of the late Joanna (Jones) and Willie C. Losey. She died Thursday, October 2, 2014, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 61 years, nine months, and nine days.

She was a homemaker and worked at Fruit of the Loom.

She was the the wife of Jimmy K. Hadley, who survives, and he following:
  • A son: Cody W. (Tabitha) Murray, of Jamestown, KY

  • Four sisters: Betty Clark and Sandra Petty of Scottsville, KY; Brenda Lowder of Lake Placid, FL; and Peggy (David) Riddle of Bowling Green, KY

  • Three brothers: James (Elise) Losey of Alphous, KY; David (Donna) Losey of Columbia, IN; and Clifford Losey of Cambridge City, IN

  • Three grandchildren: Lexis Bell, Kiarre Peterson, and Cody W. Murray, Jr

  • A host of nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.
Thelma is preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Lee Losey, and her in laws Carl and Amy Hadley.
