She leaves 23 direct living descendants. Mrs. Matney had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Protestant Faith. She was a homemaker. Funeral services will be at 1pmCT, Monday, September 29, 2014, at the Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court Street, Greensburg, KY, with Bro. Joseph Wilcoxson the officiating clergy. Interment will be in the Lee Cemetery in the Exie Community of Green County. Visitation was 5pm-8pmCT, Sunday, 28 Sep, 2014 and will continue after 7amCT, Monday, at the funeral home. Pallbearers: Marty Matney, Tony Matney Jr., Ronald Matney, Josh Matney, Brady Matney, Barry Matney, Alvin D. Matney and Dale Houk. She was the daughter of the late Tony Lile and Louella Curry Lile. She departed this life Saturday, September 27, 2014 at her home in the Exie Community of Green County, having attained the age of ninety-one years and nine days. Mrs. Matney had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Protestant Faith. She was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie W. Matney; five brothers and four sisters: Otis Lile, Dick Lile, Tude Lile, Jack Lile, Doodle Lile and Beulah Russell, Mozetta Meadows, Christine Thompson and Elave Edwards.
