He was the son of the late Joe Miller Alexander & Nadine Wheeler Alexander. He will be laid ot rest with private rites in Marrowbone Cemetery in Cumberland County, KY.

Dean Miller Alexander age 62 of Tuscaloosa, Alabama formerly of Glasgow, KY, passed away on Monday, August 11, 2014 at the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

A private service is planned for the family with burial to follow in Marrowbone Cemetery.

He was born on April 24, 1952 to the late Joe Miller Alexander and Nadine Wheeler Alexander. He died Monday, August 11, 2014, in Tuscaloosa, xxxxx County, Alabama, at the age of 62 years, thee months, and 17 days.

He served in the United States Army in Korea then volunteered and completed one tour of duty in Viet Nam affirming his duty "to fight for his country."R
Survivors include:
  • One brother: Joe S. Alexander (Betty) of Bowling Green, KY

  • One half-brother :Terry M. Alexander (Monica) of Cottontown, TN

  • Three nieces: Danielle Alexander, Molly Alexander, and Audrey Alexander
