Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at 2pmCT, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with Bro. Gary Cash and Bro. Troy Stewart officiating. Burial will be in the Spears Cemetery in Peytonsburg, Kentucky. The family will receive friends after 10amCT on Saturday, August 16, 2014 at Norris-New Funeral Home until the funeral hour at 2pmCT. He died Wednesday, August 13, 2014, in the Spears Chapel Community, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 73 years, 11 months, and 23 days. He was a Christian and attended Spears Chapel Community Church, a U. S. Army Veteran and a self-employed handyman.
