July 24, 2014 Adair Grand Jury returns indictments

Indictments handed down include failure to comply with sex offender registration, receiving stolen property, persistent felony offender, and unawful transaction with a minor

The Adair County Grand Jury has returned indictments against 4 individuals on Thursday, July 24, 2014, in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.
Those indicted were:

Jesse Franklin Cross. (D.O.B. 10/22/1975 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00121 - Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Failure to comply with sex offender registration. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender in the second degree. Bail: $10,000 cash. Arraignment August 26, 2014 at 1pmCT
Terry L. Ervin. (D.O.B.07-29-1988 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00122 - Charged with 2 counts. Count 1 - Receiving stolen property over $500. but ess than $10,000. Count 2- Persistent felony offender in the first degree. Bail: $10,000 c/sec. prop. Arraignment August 26, 2014 at 1pmCT

Kathleen E. Hahn.

Matthew Paxton Rattliff (D.O.B. 07/10/1973 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00124 - Charged with 1 counts. Count 1 - Theft by unlawful takin or disposition, $500 or morre but less than $10,000. Bail: $5,000 c/sec. poperty. Arraignment August 26, 2014 at 1pmCT
