She was the daugter of the late Johnny Harrison Anderson and Sally White Claywell Anderson. She died Thursday, July 17 2014, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 92 years, 4 months, and 16 days. She was a member of the Burkesville Church of the Nazarene, and a farmer. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Carter on March 06, 2013; three brothers, Roy Anderson, Johnny Anderson, and Willard Anderson; and four sisters, Clara Claywell, Lois Smith, Mary Claywell, and Faye Anderson. Survivors include the following:
