Mr. Robert Kail (Bob) Lewis, Cumberland County, KY He was a native of Cumberland County and a resident at the time of his death. He was the son of the the late Clyde and Evelyn Radford Lewis. His wife of over 45 years, Macie Hughes Lewis, survives. He was a member of the Burkesville Baptist Church, a heavy equipment operator for Liter’s Quarry and for Geoghean and Mathis Quarry and a pet lover, feeding and rescuing many stray animals. Funeral Services will be conducted on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at 1pmCT in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, with Dr. Mark Shelton officiating. Burial will be in the Marrowbone Cemetery. The family will receive friends after 3pmCT on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 until the funeral hour on Thursday. Mr. Robert Kail (Bob) Lewis, Cumberland County, KY He was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky on Thursday, March 24, 1938, the son of Clyde and Evelyn Radford Lewis. He died Sunday, July 13, 2014, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 76 years, three months, and 20 days. He was a member of the Burkesville Baptist Church, a heavy equipment operator for Liter’s Quarry and for Geoghean and Mathis Quarry and a pet lover, feeding and rescuing many stray animals. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, William Lewis; his sister, Colene Riddle; his sister-in-law, Ruth Gray; his nephew, Mitchell Anderson; his niece, Vickie Craft; his great-nephews, Stacy Norris, Brooks Gilbert and Kenneth Walker; and his great-niece, Melena Hughes Capps. He is survived by his wife, Macie Hughes Lewis of Burkesville, Kentucky, whom he married on Saturday, July 27, 1968, and the following:
