Quilts on the Move successful; plans are for bigger 2015 encore

Tourism Commission urges more to join in for next year

By Sue Stivers

On behalf of the Columbia-Adair County Tourism Commission I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who participated in the "Quilts on the Move" project over the past week-end. There were many displays of beautiful quilts throughout the City and County. Also, I would like to say "special thanks" for the photos displayed on ColumbiaMagazine.com. Beautiful photos!

Many wonderful comments have been heard from people not only in Adair County but also from out of State. Start making plans now for 4th of July 2015 "Quilts on the Move". Plans are to make this a yearly event. Thank You, - SUE STIVERS, Executive Director, Columbia/Adair County Tourim Commission
