Lula M. Warren age 71 of Campbellsville, KY, died here Thursday, June 19, at her residence after an illness.

Funeral services for Mrs. Warren will be held at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, Tuesday, June 24, at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Chapel, 700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY. The family requests visitation after 11:15amCT/12:15pmET, Tuesday at the Chapel.


She is survived by the following:
  • One daughter: Angie Edwards of Campbellsville, KY

  • One son: James Mitchell III of Dallas, Texas

  • Six grandchildren

  • One brother: Russell Close of Tuscon, Arizona

  • Three sisters: Lorene Caulk, Marilyn Holmes and Phyllis Milby all of Campbellsville, KY
In lieu of flowers the family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the funeral expenses. These can be made at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY.
