Ardis R. Stargle, Walnut Lane, Jamestown, KY, died Saturday, June 21, 2014, at the Lake Cumberland Hospital, Somerset, KY.

Funeral services will be at H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, at 1pmCT, Tuesday, June 24, 2014, wtih Bro. Arlin Foley officiating. Burial wil be in the Thomas Cemetery, Faubush, KY. Visitation will be after 11amCT, Tuesday, at the funeral home.

Ardis R. Stargle was born October 19, 1945, in Faubush, Pulaski County, KY. He was the son of the late Robert L. Stargle and the late Helen Weddle Stargle. He died Saturday, June 21, 2014, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 68 years, 8 months, and two days.

He was a farmer and a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Jamestown, KY.

He is survived by a host of nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Lee and Lowell Stargle, and sister, Betty Whitehouse.

The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, in charge of arrangements.
