May 2014 Adair Grand Jury returns indictments

The Adair County Grand Jury has returned 12 indictments, including counts for drug offenses, possession fprged instruments, escape, assault of peace officer, criminal abuse, flagrant non-support, and others. All arraignments set for June 10, 2014 at 1pmCT, in Adair Circuit Court, Adair Judicial Center, 201 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY.

The Adair County Circuit Court grand jury returned indictments against the following individuals on Tuesday, May 27, 2014, 2014.

Those indicted were:

  1. Joshua Tweedy (D.O.B.09/23/1991 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00078 - Charged with (3 Counts) Count 1 - Possession of a controlled substance, first degree, first offense. Count 2 - Failure to use seatbelt. Count 3 - One headlight. Count 3 - . Bail: . Arraignment June 10, 2014 at 1pmCT
  2. Dakota A. Sullivan (D.O.B. 13/12/1993 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00079 - Charged with (19 Counts) Count 1-19 - Criminal possession of a forge insrument in teh second degree (19 counts) . Bail $10,000. c/sec prop Arraignment June 10, 2014 at 1pmCT
  3. Lonnie L. Mann (D.O.B .08/16/1984 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00080 - Charged with (2 Counts) Count 1 - Escape in the First Degee. Count 2 - Assault in the third degree (inmate assault on corrections officer) . Bail $200,000 cash. Arraignment June 10, 2014 at 1pmCT
  4. Danielle Renee Monastra (D.O.B. 08/03/1979 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00081 - Charged with (4 Counts) Count 1 - Terroristic threatening 3rd Degree. Count 2 - Assault in the 3rd degree (police). Count 3 - Criminal attempt to disarm a peace officer. Count 4 - Menacing . Bail $10,000 c/sec prop. Arraignment June 10, 2014 at 1pmCT
  5. Thomas D. Ludwick (D.O.B. 02/28/1971 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00082 - Charged with (2 Counts) Count 1 - Criminal abuse in first degree. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender in the second degree. Bail $200,000 cash. Arraignment June 10, 2014 at 1pmCT

  8. Patricia D. Haskiell (D.O.B. 01/29/1991 ) Indictment No. 14-CR-00085 - Charged with (2 Counts) Count 1 - Manufacture of methamphetamine, first offense. Controlled substance endangerment to a child in the fourth degree. Count 2 - Bail --. Arraignment June 10, 2014 at 1pmCT
  9. Linda M. Ashbrook. (D.O.B. 00086) Indictment No. 14-CR-00086 - Charged with (2 Counts) Count 1 - Manufacture of Methamphetamine, First offense. Count 2 - Persistent felony offender in the second degree. Bail $10,000 c/sec Prop. Arraignment June 10, 2014 at 1pmCT
