Janice Ramage, 51, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 8:55amCT, at her home after an illness.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at 10:30amCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Eric Gilbert & Rev. Gerald Reliford officiating. Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery, 3422 Wheeler Hill Road, Columbia, KY in the Sparksville Community. Visitation after 2pmCT, Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home.

She was born Monday, July 23, 1962, in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Osco & Zilpha Crawhorn Coomer. She died Sunday, May 25, 2014, in Adair County, KY, at the age of 51 years, 10 months, and 2 days.

She was an employee of the Adair County School System, teaching in the Alternative School, and was a member of 3trees Church.

Survivors include:
  • Her husband: Marlin Ramage of Columbia, KY

  • One daughter: Emily Ramage of Columbia

  • Two sons: Christopher Loy of Defuniak Springs, Florida, and Levi Ramage of Columbia, KY

  • Two sisters: Peggy Coomer & Cathy Coomer both of Bowling Green, KY

  • Three brothers: Randall Coomer of LeMoore, California; Michael Coomer of Tacoma, Washington; Dwight Coomer of Bowling Green, KY
Janice was eagerly awaiting the arrival of her first grandchild
