Wayne Baxter satisfied 1965 date Jerry Lee Lewis at Club 68

Wayne baxter writes:
The bears in the cage under the sign were a gimmick of Hyleme George in his race for mayor of Lebanon. I believe he was elected in November 1965. When this pic first appeared, someone wrote that they had a serious wreck on the way home after that show so he "knew" it was 1965. I am satisfied it was 1965. --Wayne baxter
