Mr. Gerald Thomas Ford age 60, of Campbellsville, died Friday, March 14, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center after an extended illness.

Funeral services for Mr. Gerald Thomas Ford will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, Tuesday, March 18, 2014, at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with burial in the Jones Chapel Cemetery, 580 Bass Ridge Road, Campbellsville, KY, with full military honors by the Marion County DAV Chapter 70. The family request visitation from 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Monday at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.




He is survived by his wife, Sharon Spradlin Ford of Campbellsville, KY, and the following:
  • Two sons: Christopher Thomas Ford of Minnesota; and Travis Chad Ford of Campbellsville, KY

  • One daughter: Jennifer Sharon Haffly of Winchester, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Ezekial Thomas Ford, Rinoa Raine Haffly and John Marcum Ford Craine

  • His mother: Eula Mae Emerson Ford of Campbellsville, KY

  • His brother: William Kent Ford of Campbellsville, KY

  • and his mother-in-law, Helen Spradlin.
Gerald was preceded in death by his father, Mr. William E. “Bill” Ford and a sister, Phyllis Rainwater.

The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Kentucky Organ Donors Affiliates or Gideon Bibles.
