Go or No Go for Friday, March 7, 2014 By Larry Smith, FM 99.9 & FM 92.7 GO or NO GO reports coordinated with CM - ColumbiaMagazine.com Adair County Schools will be a GO, with school buses rolling and classes starting on a 1 hr delay on Friday, March 7, 2014. "Due to the rapid snow melt there is the likelihood of water ponding on the roadways and, with the possibility of a freeze, there could be chances for dangerous ice patches on the road," he said. "This is just a margin of safety," he said, adding, "We hope to be operating on a regular full operating schedule next Monday, March 11, 2014." Russell County School District is on regular schedule for Friday, March 7, 2014.
