Reggie Brockman, 81, of Windsor, KY died Sunday, February 23, 2014 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Funeral services for Reggie Brockman will be at 1 pmCT, Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Tommy Nelson and Bro. Jerry Dennison officiating. Friends may call after 5pmCT, Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at the funeral home. Burial will bein the Poplar Grove Cemetery.



Pallbearers: David Brockman, Brent Wooters, Pat Brockman, Steven Brockman, Roger Brockman, and Troy Brockman.

He was born Monday, March 7, 1932 in Windsor, KY. He was the son of the late James Rica and Audrey Marie Wilson Brockman. He died Sunday, February 23, 2014, in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, at the age of 81 years, 11 months, and 16 days.

He was a truck driver and a member of the Pine Top Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Nannie Lou Brockman and three brothers, Nathan, Clark, and Gary Brockman. Survivors include the following:
  • Four children: Wanda (Ronald) Cochran, Liberty, KY; Patrick Brockman, Texas; Joy Brockman, Liberty, KY; and Gay (Mike) McLaughlin, Utah

  • Grandson: Chris Cochran

  • Grandaughter: Abby Raines

  • Two great grandchildren: Kelcee Cochran and Christopher Cochran, Jr.

  • Three sisters: Joanne Wooters, Shelbyville, KY; Sandy Dick, Lexington, KY; and Amy Reynolds, Richmond, KY

  • Four brothers: Quinton Brockman, Campbellsville, KY; Doyle Brockman, Cincinnati, Ohio; Ward Brockman, Windsor, KY; and Dennis Brockman, Knoxville, TN
