Christine Shipp Druien, Taylor County, KY (1932 - 2014) She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Gilboa Baptist Church. She was a retired employee of Coleman Bottle Gas and Ferrell Bottle Gas in Louisville after twenty-eight years of service. She was a member of the Eastern Star Lodge Harmon Chapter 273 O.E.S. in Louisville and a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. She was an ambassador of Goodwill to the City of Jeffersonville, Indiana and a member of the National Auxiliary 42nd Infantry Rainbow Division of Veterans. She was a native of Marion County, and a resident of Taylor County at the time of her death. Her husband, Charlie C. Ledford, survives. She leaves 5 direct and multiple step living descendants. She was born in Marion County, Kentucky, January 7, 1932 and was later adopted by her grandmother, Ida E. Druien. She died at 9:55 A.M., Tuesday, February 18, 2014, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 82 years, 1 month, and 11 days. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt.
