Mr. Robert Lee Woolridge departed this life Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the University Of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY.

Funeral services will be at 10amCT/11amET, Thursday, January 30, 2014, at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court Street, Greensburg, KY. Wake will be 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Wednesday January 29, 2014, and after 7amCT/8amET, Thursday at the funeral home.Ministers will be Rev. David Mitchell, Master of Ceremony; and Rev. Donte Paul, Eulogy. Pallbearers: Jeff Woolridge, Stacy Groves, Earl Barnett, Ronnie Woolridge, Donnie Woolridge, and Larry Woolridge. Honorary pallbearers: Tim Salter, Mo Miller, Jeffrey Woolridge, Charles Daugherty, Frankie Calhoun, and Lee Allen Graves. Flower Girls will be aunts and nieces.

Mr. Robert Lee Woolridge was born, Saturday, March 8, 1958 in Green County, KY. He was the son of the late James H. Woolridge and Lilly Mae Miller Woolridge. He departed this life Saturday, January 25, 2014 at the University Of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Fayette County, KY, having attained the age of 55 years, 10 months and 17 days.

At an early age he professed his love for Jesus Christ, he was a member of Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. He was a retired United States Army Veteran.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory the following:
  • Five sons and two daughters: Jordan Miller and Anton Newby of Lexington, KY; Robert and Dewayne Woolridge of North Carolina, Robert Woolridge of Guam, Tiagia Miller of Lexington, KY; and Sheldon Taylor of Campbellsville, KY

  • Eight brothers and two sisters: Earl Barnett of Campbellsville, KY; James Barnett of Aurora, Illinois; Harold Barnett of Little Rock, Arkansas; Rosie Heath of Corona, California; Etta Salter of Cincinnati, Ohio; Donnie and Ronnie Wooldridge of Columbia, KY; Larry Woolridge of Danville, Joshua Woolridge of Los Angeles, California; and Jeffrey Woolridge of Columbia, KY

  • Thirteen grandchildren

  • One great grandchild

  • And a special friend, Pamela Miller
