Margaret Campbell, Adair Co., KY (1942-2014)

She was a member of a highly regarded South Adair County family, the daughter of the late James Noel and Piccola blanch Hagan Reliford. Her husband, R.B. Campbell, survives. She leaves five direct and one step living descendants. She was a sewing machine operator at Osh Kosh in Columbia and Fruit of the Loom in Jamestown for several years.

Margaret Campbell, 72 of the Sparksville Community of Adair County, KY, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at 10:23 a.m. at the Jane Todd Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, KY after many months of illness.

Funeral service will be Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 1pmCT/2pmET, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Jessie Hagan the officiating clergy. Interment in the Moore Cemetery, Adair County, at 225 Prices Creek Road, Edmonton, KY. The family request visiting after 4pmCT/5pmET, on Friday, January 10, 2013, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

She was born on Thursday, January 8, 1942 in Edmonton, KY the daughter of the late James Noel & Piccola Blanch Hagan Reliford. She died Wednesday, January 8, 2014, in Greensburg, Green County, KY, at the age of 72 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by one brother, Danny Reliford She is survived by her husband, Raymond Bernard (RB) Campbell of Columbia, KY and the following:
  • Two sons: Jimmy Campbell and wife Staci of Russell Springs, KY; Tony Campbell and wife Camilla of Columbia, KY

  • One brother: Charles "Pete" Reliford of Columbia, KY

  • One sister: Sue Campbell of Columbia, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Katie Campbell, Zachary Campbell and Shawn Campbell

  • One step grandchild: Christian Dykes
