Wendell Norris age 55 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Saturday, January 04, 2014 as the result of a farm accident.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 11amCT/12pmET,. at with Bro. Tim Struthers officiating. Burial will be in Leslie Cemetery. The family requests visitation 3pm-9pmCT/4pm-10pmET, on Monday, January 06, 2014 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.

Wendell was born on September 13, 1958 in Glasgow, Barren County, KY to Hyland and Helen Anderson Norris. He died Saturday, January 4, 2014, at the age of 55 years, 3 months, and 21 days.

He was a farmer and attended Hanover Church of Christ.

Survivors include:
  • One son: Michael Gordon Norris of Albany, KY

  • His parents: Hyland and Helen Norris of Burkesville, KY

  • Three sisters: Brenda Marsh of McMinnville, TN; Linda Spears and her husband Darrell of Burkesville, KY; and Glenda Willis and her husband Jerry of Burkesville, KY

  • Several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends
