He was preceded inn death by wife, Grace Irene Johnson; a son Marshall Johnson; seven brothers, Otha, Tommy, Jack, Alfred, Woodrow, Zolllie, and Albin Johnson; two sisters, Retta Hatfield, Lecta Winchester and four infant brothers.
