Mark Jones, 47, of Russell Springs, KY, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013, at Russell County Hospital, Russell Springs, KY.

Memorial services at Concord Non-Denominational Church, Monday, December 30, 2013, at 2pmCT, with Bro. Phillip Miller officiating. Visitation will be after 11amCT, on Monday, December 30, 2013, at the church.



Mark Jones, 47, Russell County, KY (1966-2013)


Mark was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 26, 1966. He was a son of the late Ada L. (Miller) and Roy E. Jones. He died Friday, December 20, 2013, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 47 years, 2 months, and 24 days.

He was a carpenter.

Mark Jones is survived by the following:
  • A daughter, Samantha Jones, of Russell Springs, KY

  • Two sons: Joshua Mark Jones, of Jamestown, KY; and Matthew Jones, of Oklahoma

  • Three sisters: Rita Jones, of Georgia; Lora Lee Jones, of Cincinnati, Ohio; and Becky Jones, of Indianapolis, Indiana

  • Two brothers: Matt Jones, of Jamestown, KY; and Roy Jones, of Sano, KY

  • A half brother: Carl Wollum, of Florida

  • And a host of nieces and nephews
