Raleigh Bostic and Bro. John Ford. Burial will be in Red Hill Cemetery, Hodgenville, Kentucky. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, at the funeral home. She was the daughter of the late Stuart Fowler and Grace Milby Fowler. She was born in Meade County, Kentucky. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Buffalo Church of the Nazarene. She united in marriage to Gary Lee Lloyd March 23, 1957. He preceded her in death January 23, 1982. She united in marriage to Wesley Phillips December 28, 1985. He preceded her in death July 20, 2011. She is survived by the following:
