Mr. Steven Lile Nunn, 58, of Greensburg, Kentucky, departed this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

The funeral services for Mr. Steve Lile Nunn were conducted at 10amCT, Saturday, December 7, 2013 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Greasy Creek Cemetery. Dr. Gary Ervin officiated.



Pallbearers: Trent Nunn David Smith Michael Smith Odell Young, Billy Curry Brandon Davis, Doug DeSpain, and John Tyler Bagby.

Honorary pallbearers: Jackie Bagby, Brad Posey, Brian Estes, Donnie Buchanan, Brett Nunn, Chris Wilcoxson, and Timmy Wilcoxson.

Mr. Steven Lile Nunn, Green Co., KY (1955-2013)


Mr. Steven Lile Nunn of Greensburg, Kentucky, son of Loren Nunn of Greensburg and the late Cornelia Mae Adkins Stearman, was born on October 17, 1955 in Barren County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY. He was 58 years, 1 month, and 17 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church. He was owner and operator of Nunn's Mowing Service, loved hunting, and was an avid fisherman.

He united in marriage to Judy Hamlett Nunn who preceded him in death on December 22, 1994. He later united in marriage to Anna Caffee Nunn on October 21, 1995 who survives.

Other survivors include the following:
  • A son and daughter-in-law: Trent and Paula Nunn of Louisville, KY

  • Three step-children and their spouses: David and Vickie Smith, Michael and Chasity Smith, Jennifer and Eric Ford all of Campbellsville, KY

  • A foster daughter: Tracy Bowman of Louisville, KY

  • A granddaughter: Khloe Nunn of Louisville, KY

  • Eight step-grandchildren

  • A sister and brother-in-law: Debbie and Jerry Wilcoxson of Greensburg, KY

  • Step-brothers and step-sisters: Reva Shockency of Greensburg,KY; Marcia Edwards, Mary Durham of Campbellsville, KY; and Dean Edwards of Vine Grove, KY

  • Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Jimmy and Marian Baldwin, Michael and Lisa Baldwin, Judy and Donnie Sparks, Jennifer and Frankie Graham, Denise and Marshall Graham, and Shirley Burriss all of Campbellsville, KY

  • Step-mother-in-law: Lula Baldwin of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two nephews: Chris Wilcoxson of Greensburg, KY; and Timmy Wilcoxson of Campbellsville
Memorials are suggested to the Greasy Creek Cemetery Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
