Adair County 4-H shooting sports meeting for new members By Tony Rose Adair Co. Extension Agent for 4-H and Youth There will be a 4-H Shooting Sports Orientation meeting for any new youth who is interested in participating in the program this next year. The meeting will be on Thursday, December 12, 2013 at 6pmCT, and will be held at the Adair County Elementary School cafeteria, 870 Indian Drive, Columbia, KY. This meeting for any youth who has never participated in the shooting sports program before but would like to start. The 4-H Shooting Sports program is open to youth ages 9-18 and offers the following discipline: Trap, Black Powder, Rifle, Archery, BB, Air Rifle and Pistol, 22 Pistol, and Hunter's Challenge. --Tony Rose This story was posted on 2013-12-03 03:04:37
