Rick Caldwell, 56, Adair County, KY (1957-2013) He was a member of a highly regarded Northwest Adair County, KY, family. He was the son of the late L.J. Caldwell & Christine Baker Rice. He leaves 7 direct living desendants. He had served his country in the U. S. Army and will be accorded full military honors by Columbia VFW Post 6097. He was former Chief Engineer of Unistar Radio Network in Hollywood, CA. Rick Caldwell age 56 years of Columbia, KY passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013 at 3:52pmCT, at Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room. Funeral services will be Wednesday, Nov.13, 2013 at 1pmCT, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Jimmie Dale Cox officiating. Interment will be in Caldwell Cemetery with full military honors by the local VFW Post 6097. Visitation will be after 4pmCT, Tuesday, November 12, 2013, at the funeral home. Rick Caldwell, 56, Adair County, KY (1957-2013) He was born on January 13, 1957 in Adair County, KY He was the son of the late L. J. Caldwell & Christine Baker Rice. He died Saturday, November 9, 2013, in Columbia, Adair County, KY at the age of 56 years, 9 months, and 27 days.
