Graveside Services for Ms. Lois Crum will be conducted 12noonCT/1pmET, Friday, November 1, 2013 in Caldwell Cemetery. The family requests visitation 9am-11amCT/10am-12noonET, in the chapel at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY.

She was born, Saturdaym June 25, 1955. She died Tuesday, October 29, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 58 years, 4 months, and 4 days.

She is survived by the following:
  • One son: Thornton Crum Jr and Ashley, Campbellsville, KY

  • Two daughters: Cathy Ann Crum and Melissa Carol Crum all of Campbellsville, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • One great grandchild

  • Three brothers: James K. Endicott, Roy Endicott and Ronnie Endicott all of Columbus, Ohio

  • Four sisters: Aletta Clendenin of West Virginia; and Cathy Toops, Meneruia Endicott and Denece Smith all of Columbus, Ohio.
