Shillard (Jack) Dunbar, 82, Nancy, KY (1931-2013) A devoted father and husband, Mr. Dunbar also served our country in the U.S. Army and Indiana National Guard. He retired from Ford Motor Company after 30 years of dedicated service and was known by many for his brilliant mind and ability to fix or build anything. He was always ready to help a neighbor or serve his community. He served on the Pulaski Water Board. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and wore his masonic ring with pride. He will be sadly missed by family and as host of friends. Funeral services for Shillard "Jack" dunbar will be 12pm noon CT/1pmET, Saturday, October 26, 2013 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Richie Curtis officiating. Friends may call 5pm-9pmCT/6pm-10pmET, Friday, October 25, 2013, at the funeral home. Interment will be in the White Oak Cemetery at Nancy, KY. Shillard (Jack) Dunbar, 82, Nancy, KY (1931-2013) He was born on Wednesday, January 7, 1931 in Jabez, KY. He was the son of the late Leslie & Theola Johnson Dunbar. He died Monday, October 21, 2013, in Corbin, KY, at the age of 82 years, 9 months, 14 days. He was married to the late Addielen Popplewell Dunbar. Survivors include the following:
