Edward Vaughn Hines, age 62, of Windsor, KY passed away on Wednesday October 2, 2013, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, Somerset, KY.

Graveside Services will be held 1pmCT/2pmET, Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Valley Oak Cemetery.

He was born in Springfield, Clark County, OH, on Thursday, April 1, 1954. He was the son of the late Arvis Strong and Charlene Hines Chansler. He died Wednesday, October 2, 2013, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age3 of 62 years, 6 months, and 1 day.

He was a painter and a member of White Oak Baptist Church.

Survivors include:
  • Six children

  • Six sisters: Vicki Floyd of London, KY; Susan Chansler, Anita Chansler and Amy Patterson all of Windsor, KY; Karen Sanders of Liberty, KY; and Rebecca Bryant of Russell Springs, KY

  • Two brothers: James Chansler of Windsor, KY; and Joseph Chansler of Middleburg, KY
