Rosemary Agnes Moore, 80, of Russell Springs, died Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

Funeral service for Rosemary Agnes Moore will be 9amCT/10amET, Friday, September 6, 2013, at the Dunnville First Baptist Church with Bro. John Bennett officiating. Friends may call after 5pmCT/6pmET, Thursday, September 5, 2013, at the Bernard Funeral Home, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, KY. Burial in the Mill Springs National Cemetery, 9044 W. Highway 80, Nancy, KY



Pallbearers: James Holtzclaw, Tom Singleton, Matt Thomas, David Florence, Dylan Murphy, and Jimmy D. Coffey.

Rosemary Agnes Moore, Russell County, KY (1933-2013)

She was born Saturday, January 14, 1933 in Michigan. She was the daughter of the late Nicholas & Rosalie Psujek Monitz. She died Wednesday, September 4, 2013, in Somerset, KY, at the age of 80 years, 7 months, and 21 days.

She was a member of the Dunnville First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by three brothers: Nicholas, Phillip, & John Monitz.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Lee Moore, Jr, and the following:
  • Five children: Martha Burkett, Somerset, KY; Della (Jerry) Kincaid, Russell Springs, KY; Lydia (James) Holtzclaw, Jamestown, KY; Paul (Beth) Moore, Versailles, KY; and Joe Moore, Glendale, AZ

  • Eleven grandchildren

  • Fourteen great grandchildren

  • Two sisters: Annette Adams, MO; and Mary Ann (Dennis) Woods, MI
