There will be graveside services held at 1pmCT/2pmET, Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at the Greasy Creek Cemetery in Green County with Bro.Darrell Landis officiating. Visitation is requested 4pm-8pmCT/5pm-9pmET, Tuesday, September 3, 2013, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY.



Pallbearers: Joe Parrent, Ronald Matney, Mike Houk, Barry Parson, Hunter Campbell, Joey Houk, and Milburn Curry.

Mr. Donnie Mitchell "Trigg" Wright of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of the late Ray Houk and Gertrude Lobb Houk, was born Sunday, March 16, 1952 in Green County, Kentucky, and departed this life on Monday, September 2, 2013 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY. He was 61 years, five months, and 17 days of age.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Greasy Creek Baptist Church, and was a truck driver.

Survivors include the following:
  • A sister and brother-in-law: Betty and Gleason Matney of Greensburg, KY

  • A half-sister: Nancy Bagby of Greensburg, KY

  • Two special friends: Jayne Rooffener, and Joe Parrent both of Campbellsville, KY

  • And a host of other relatives and friends.
The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the family burial fund, which can be made at the funeral home.

Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, in charge of arrangements.
