Edwin D Bright, age 71 of Campbellsville, KY, died Friday, August 9, 2013 in Wilmore, KY.

Services for Mr. Edwin Bright will be conducted 10amCT/11amET, Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with full Military Honors, at burial in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg Road, Campbellsville, KY. The family requests visitation 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Monday August 12, 2013, at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.

He was born Sunday, December 7, 1941. He died Friday, August 9, 2013, in Wilmore, Jessamine Co., KY, at the age of 71 years, 8 months, and 2 days.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Bright, and the following:
  • Two daughters; Teresa Bright of Campbellsville, KY, and Missy and (Keith) Burress of Mt. Washington, KY

  • One granddaughter; Stephanie Blakeman

  • Two brothers; Jim Bright of Campbellsville, KY; and Terry Bright of Tennessee

  • One sister: Judy O'Banion of Florence, KY

  • One uncle: Don Christie and wife Vivian, along with a host of family and friends.
