Mrs. Cordellia May "Polly" Lobb, 75, of Donansburg Community of Green County, KY departed this life on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at the Taylor Regional Hospital, Campbellsville, KY.

The funeral services for Cordellia Mae "Polly" Lobb will be conducted at 1pmCT/2pmET, Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY with burial to follow in the New Salem Cemetery. Bro. B.J. Childress and Bro. Mike Davis will be officiating. Visitation is requested 4pm-9pmCT/5pm-10pmET, Wednesday. July 31, 2013, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home and after 7amCT/8amET, Thursday until time of the funeral service.

Mrs. Cordellia May "Polly" Lobb of Donansburg Community of Green County, daughter of the late Johnnie William White and Nora Catherine Davenport White, was born on Sunday, May 22, 1938 in Green County, KY and departed this life on Sunday, July 28, 2013 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY. She was 75 years, two months, and six days of age.

She made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church. She was also an employee for Walmart.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Twyman G. Lobb having united in marriage on April 28, 1962.

Other survivors include:
  • Her daughter: Anita Lobb of Donansburg, KY

  • Four sisters and a brother and their spouses: Mabel Davis of Greensburg, KY; Judy and Claywood Pierce of Georgia, Betty Sue and Sammy Bonta, Kay and Ronald "Bub" Bonta, Wallace and Nadine White all of Greensburg, KY

  • Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Dennis and Regina Lobb of Hustonville, KY; Jimmy and Paulette Lobb of Edmonton, KY; Sharon and Daryl Berry of Lexington, KY

  • A sister-in-law and caregiver: Dean Garrison of Greensburg, KY

  • Thirty nieces and nephews and 26 great-nieces and great-nephews

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
Memorials are suggested to the New Salem Cemetery, which can be made at the funeral home.

Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, in charge of arrangements.
