Funeral service for Sandra Kay Foley will be at 3pmCT/4pmET, Sunday, July 21, 2013 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, Ky, with Bobby Dunbar officiating. Visitation will be after 12pm noon CT/1pmET, Sunday, July 21, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will be inin the Bernard Cemetery.

She was born January 26, 1952 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Herald Roe & Mallie Stephens Blankenship. She died died Friday, July 19, 2013, in Russell Springs, KY, at the age of 61 years, 5 months, and 24 days.

She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom and was a member of the Clear Springs Missionary Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by 2 brothers; Brandon & Brently Blankenship Survivors include the following:
  • Three sons: David (Renae) Turner, James Turner, Scott Turner, all of Russell Springs, KY

  • Five grandchildren: Alex, Janson, Kaden, Aubrey, Liam

  • Three sisters: Patsy (Gibson) Foley, Jamestown, KY; Kim (Mike) Foley, Russell Springs, KY; and Joan Wolford, Cincinnati, Ohio

  • Two brothers: Charles (Diane) Blankenship, Russell Springs, KY; and Rodney Blankenship, Columbia, KY
