Martha Jane Burchett, 81, died Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at her home.

Funeral services for Martha Jane Burchett will be 12pm noon CT, Friday, July 12, 2013 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Russell Springs, Ky, with Bro. Casey Davis officiating. Friends may call after 10amCT, Friday, July 12, 2013, at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Rexroat Cemetery.



Pallbearers: James Johnson, Jeremiah Feinauer, Donald Burchett, David Elmore, Chuck Maynard, Jr., and J.R. Maynard.

She was born Friday, February 12, 1932 in Russell County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Estil & Mae Manns Kinnett. She died Tuesday, July 9, 2013, in Russell County, KY, at the age of 81 years, 4 months, and 25 days. She was a homemaker. Preceded in death by her husband, Orlie Richard Burchett Survivors include the following:
  • Nine children: Robert (Claire) Burchett, Albany, KY; Judy (Charles) Maynard, Melbourne, KY; Frances (John) Feinauer, Melbourne, KY; Brenda (Dale) Werner, Kansas; Jessie Burchett, Russell Springs, KY; John Burchett, Jamestown, KY; Jeanie Folks & friend, Frank Garbet, Jamestown, KY; Willenia (David) Curry, Columbia, Ky Ann (Marvin) Johnson, Russell Springs, KY

  • Host of grandchildren and great grandchildren

  • Two sisters: Betty Hines, Texas and Janis, Louisville, KY
