Floyd, age 65, of Cincinnati, OH passed away on Thursday June 18, 2013, at Jewish Hospital. Funeral Services will be held at 10amCT/11amET, Saturday June 22, 2013 at Bartle Funeral Home, 231 Lynn Street, Middleburg. Rev. Keith Bowling officiating. Burial will be in the Middleburg Cemetery. Visitation will be held 8amCT/9amET, Saturday June 22, 2013 at Bartle Funeral Home Middleburg. Jared W. Floyd, Casey Co., KY native (1948-2013) He was born in Yosemite, KY on Sunday, January 18, 1948. He was the son of the late Ralph Glenn and Ruby Lucas Floyd.
