Lucille Halcomb, 86, formerly of Adair Co., KY (d. May 17, 2013)

She was a member of a highly regarded family. She was a resident of Somerset, KY at the time of her death. She was formerly of Adair County, KY, and had many friends here. She was a native of Rockcastle County and was the wife of Floyd Halcomb. Their union spanned 68 years. She leaves 6 direct living descendants.

Lucille Mason Halcomb, 86, of Somerset passed away Friday, May 17, 2013 at her home. She was a native of Rockcastle County, KY, and former resident of Columbia, KY.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2013 at 12pm noon CT/1pmET, in the chapel of Pulaski Funeral Home, , 165 Hwy 2227, Somerset, KY, with Bro. Sam Crawford officiating. Burial will follow in the Lakeside Memorial Gardens, 4790 KY 80, Somerset, KY. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 20, 2013 after 5pmCT/6pmET at the Pulaski Funeral Home.



She is survived by her husband of 68 years: Floyd Halcomb, and the following:
  • A son: Robin F. (and Sarah) Halcomb of Albany, KY

  • A daughter: Jill (and Jeff) Halcomb Smith of Johnson City, TN

  • A sister: Amelia Jane Roberts of Charlestown, IN

  • A granddaughter: Jennifer (and Chris) Halcomb Lebeau of Marietta, GA

  • A grandson: John (and Kristy) Halcomb of Berea, KY

  • And two great granddaughters: Cosette Lebeau and Lorelai Halcomb
