Phillip Donald (PK) Warren age 63 of Campbellsville, KY, formerly of Knifley, KY, passed away early Friday, May 10, 2013 at the Kindred Health Care Hospital in Louisville, KY after several weeks illness.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11amCT/12pm noon ET, at the Lighthouse Tabernacle, 29 Mount Tussell Road, Knifley, KY with Bro. Bill Warren and Bro. Earl Beams the officiating clergy. Visiting will be after 2:30pmcT/3:30pmET, Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, and after 9:30amCT/10:30amET until time for services at Lighthouse Tabernacle. Burial in he Robinson Chapel Cemetery with full military honors by Columbia VFW Post 6097.

He was born Monday, August 22, 1949 in Knifley, KY. He was the son of the late Paul and Eula Evelyn Burton Warren. He died Friday, May 10, 2013, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 63 years, 8 months, and 19 days.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Rollin Warren and Ernie Warren. He is survived by his wife, Vanessa Pierce Warren of Campbellsville, KY and the following:
  • Sons: Matthew Warren and wife, Sharon of Barbourville, KY; Nathan Cox of Mannsville, KY and Joshua Warren of Campbellsville, KY

  • Brothers: Bro. Bill Warren, Elvy Warren, Larry Warren and Dale Warren

  • Sisters: Paulette Tucker and Lana Warren

  • Two grandchildren: Lisa Warren and Haylee Cox
Mr. Warren was a US Army veteran who served in Vietnam and a former heavy equipment mechanic.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, in charge of arrangements.
