Funeral services will be Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11amCT/12pm noon ET, at the Lighthouse Tabernacle, 29 Mount Tussell Road, Knifley, KY with Bro. Bill Warren and Bro. Earl Beams the officiating clergy. Visiting will be after 2:30pmcT/3:30pmET, Sunday, May 12, 2013, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY, and after 9:30amCT/10:30amET until time for services at Lighthouse Tabernacle. Burial in he Robinson Chapel Cemetery with full military honors by Columbia VFW Post 6097. Phillip Donald (PK) Warren, Adair Co., KY (1949-2013) He was born Monday, August 22, 1949 in Knifley, KY. He was the son of the late Paul and Eula Evelyn Burton Warren. He died Friday, May 10, 2013, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 63 years, 8 months, and 19 days. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Rollin Warren and Ernie Warren. He is survived by his wife, Vanessa Pierce Warren of Campbellsville, KY and the following:
