William (Bill) Brewster, age 92 of Edmonton, died Monday, May 6, 2013, at the T J Samson Community Hospital, Glasgow, KY.

He was a farmer and a son of the late Andy and Nanny Westmoreland Brewster. He was a Veteran of World War II.

He is survived by the following:
  • One son: Roger (Nancy) Brewster of Florida

  • One brother: Ray (Betty) Brewster of Summer Shade, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Jerry Brewster, Jr. William Daniel Brewster, Amy Lynn Brewster

  • Nine great grandchildren: Tylor Brewster, Zachary Brewster, Jeremy Vettraino, Brooklyn and Jessica Thomas, Branden and Chad Kessinger and Ashley and Megan Wauh

  • Nieces and nephews: Sue Froedge, Patty Dodson and Tim Brewster
He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Ooten Brewster; as well as one sister, Florence Dickens and four brothers, Claude, Albert, Odie and Roy Brewster.
