Donnie D. (Tom) White, Casey County, KY (1947-2013) He was a native of Casey County, KY, the son of the late Audra Bud and Herry Frances Baldock White. He is survived by his wife of 46 year, Faye Cox White. He leaves two direct living descendants. He was a merchant, gate salesman, and member of Craftsman Lodge # 722 Donnie D. "Tom" White passed away Sunday April 28, 2013 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville, KY. He was 65. Funeral services are 12pm noon CT/1pmET. Wednesday May 1, 2013 at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Jeric DeVore officiating. Burial is at Casey County Memorial Gardens. Visitation is Tuesday from 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, at the funeral home with a Masonic Service at 6pmCT/7pmET. Pallbearers: Buddy Glass, Alan McQueary, Charles Lee, Barry White, Clay Graham and Junior Coe. Donnie D. He died Sunday, April 28, 2013, in Danville, Boyle County, KY, at the age of 65 years, 10 months, and 11 days. He was a merchant, gate salesman, and member of Craftsman Lodge # 722. Survivors include his beloved wife, Faye Cox White, whom he married February 9, 1967, and the following:
