Rachel Phillips, 70, of Magnolia, KY, died at 11:10pmET, Saturday, April 20, 2013 in Louisville, KY

Funeral services will be at 2pmCT/3pmET, Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at the Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY. by Rev. Shannon McCubbins. Burial will be in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 3878 Greensburg Road, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be after 2pmCT/3pmET, Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.



Rachel Phillips, Russel Co., KY native (1943-2013)

Rachel Phillips of Magnolia, KY was the daughter of the late Oco Harris and Luriee Withers Harris. She was born Sunday, January 24, 1943 in Russell County, KY. She died at Saturday, April 20, 2013 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 70 years, 2 months, and 27 days.


Besides her husband, Bobby Phillips of Magnolia, KY, she is survived by the following:
  • One daughter, MaryLois Garr of Magnolia, KY

  • Two granddaughters: Rebecca Ann Chancellor and husband, Chris of Lexington, KY; and MaryLynn Louise Garr of Magnolia, KY

  • One great grandson Thomas James Choate of Lexington, KY

  • And many other relatives and friends
She was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Rachel Luriee Kays. Send a condolence to the family of Rachel Phillips
