Norman Lee (Running Wolf) Greene, Casey Co., KY (1970-2013)

He was Chief of the Deer Clan Tribe, and a council member of the Beaver Creek Native American Tribe. He leaves two direct living descendants. He was a native of Indiana, and a resident of Pulaski County, KY, at the time of his death.

Norman Lee "Running Wolf" Greene, passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013, at his residence in Somerset, KY. He was 42.

Memorial service will be held at 5pmCT/6pmET, Thursday, April 25, 2013, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY. Visitation will begin after 5PM on Thursday at the funeral home.



Norman Lee (Running Wolf) Greene, Casey Co., KY (1970-2013)

Born Tuesday, September 15, 1970, in Martinsville, Morgan Co., IN, he was the son of Herman Greene and Cherokee Scott Greene. He died Saturday, April 20, 2013, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 42 years, 7 months, and 5 days.

He was a member of the Beaver Creek Native American Tribe, where he was on the council and the Deer Clan Chief.

Survivors include the following:
  • His son: Patrick Greene of Liberty, KY

  • His father: Herman Greene of Liberty, KY

  • His mother: Cherokee Scott Greene of Harrodsburg, KY

  • His brother: Steven Greene of Liberty, KY

  • His sister: Lavonda Greene of Harrodsburg, KY

  • His granddaughter: Kaylix Greene

  • His companion: Renea Thomas of Somerset, KY
