Kathy G. Bunch, Russell County, KY (1952-2013)

She was a native of Columbia, Adair County, KY, the daughter of the late Robert Cape and Lucille Kelly Cape. She was the matriarch of a respected Russell County, KY, family with many relatives also in Adair County, KY, and elsewhere. She leaves 10 direct living descendants. She was a factory worker.

Kathy G. Bunch, 61, Melson Ridge Road, Jamestown KY, died Saturday, April 13, 2013, at 5:24pmET, at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, KY.

Funeral services will be at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown KY, at 1pmCT/2pmET, Wednesday, April 17, 2013, with Bro. Ronnie Janes officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT/6pmET, at the H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel. Burial will be in the Hadley Cemetery, Jamestown, KY.

She was born April 6, 1952 in Columbia, Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Robert Cape and the late Lucille Kelly Cape. She died Saturday, April 13, 2013, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 61 years, 7 days.

She was a factory worker.

She is survived by her husband, Randall Bunch, Jamestown, KY, and the following:
  • A daughter: Tina Johnson, Ontario, Canada

  • A son: Ronald Bunch, Jamestown, KY

  • Five grandchildren

  • Three great granchildren

  • Three sisters: Marilyn Taylor and Charlene Cape, both of Ohio; and teresa Bertram, Columbia, KY

  • A brother: Darell Cape, Columbia, KY

  • Her mother in law: Eva Bunch, Jamestown, KY
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Cape and Susan Grant; and two brothers, Gerald and Phillip Cape.

The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, Jamestown, KY, in charge of arrangements.
