Injury collision occurs six miles east of Columbia on KY 80 Occupants treated and released at Russell County Hospital By TFC Billy Gregory, Public Affairs Officer Kentucky State Police Post 15, Columbia, KY COLUMBIA, KY - Tpr. Ryan Wolking is investigating a collision that occurred today at 3:16pmCT, 6 miles east of Columbia on KY 80. 39-year-old Kelly S. Bilbrey of Pall Mall, TN was operating a 2001 Ford traveling west on KY 80 with a passenger, 42-year-old Kenny Bilbrey. Bilbrey attempted a U-turn by using Wheat Road and Freedom Church Road and pulled into the path of a westbound 2011 Dodge. The Dodge was operated by 25-year-old Rachel A. Hutchison of Columbia, KY. All occupants were wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision and were treated and released from the Russell County Hospital. - TFC Billy R.
