Taking Ownership of Your Diabetes to be taught here

The Adair and Russell County Cooperative Extension will be collaborating with the Lake Cumberland District Health Department to teach Taking Ownership of Your Diabetes. The will be offered at 3 Trees Church Youth Center, 3515 West Highway 80, Russell Springs, KY, 12pm noon CT-1pmCT, Tuesdays, April 9-16-23-30, 2013. Instructors will be available after each session to answer individual questions. A healthy snack/drink will be served at each session and multiple handouts will be available.
