Patricia Ann Nash, 57, of Columbia, KY, died Monday, February 18, 2013 at 10:32pmCT, at the Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room, Columbia, KY.

Funeral services will be Friday, February 22, 2013 at 10amCT/11amET, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Ralph Foster officiating. Burial will be in Columbia Cemetery, 315 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Visitation after 6pmCT/7pmET on Wednesday, February 20, 2012, and all day on Thursday.



Casket bearers: Craig Dial, Eric Dial, Jordan Baker, Cameron Barnett, Bryan Kelsay, II and DeCarr Matney

Patricia Ann Nash, 57, Adair Co., KY (1955-2012)

She was born Sunday, April 10, 1955, in Chicago, Cook County, IL. She was the daughter of the late Harvey D. and Lucille Burton Nash. She died Monday, February 18, 2013, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, at the age of 57 years, 10 months, and 8 days.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Carolyn Lou Nash.

She attended Bloomington Chapel Brethren in Christ Church and was a homemaker.

Survivors include the following:
  • Two sisters: Virginia Dean Nash and Shirley (Richard) York all of Columbia, KY

  • Two nieces and two nephews; Annita Barnett, Melissa Matthews, Craig and Eric Dial all of Columbia, KY

  • Fifteen great nieces and great nephews: Jordan Baker, Cameron Barnett, Kortnei Kelsay, Jaireka Barnett, Bryan Kelsay II, DeCarr Matney, Chance Barnett, Jaykob Lee, Keitha Lee, Kantlee Harvey, Ethan, Dalton, Bentley, Pixie and Aiden Dial

  • Three great great nieces: Mariah Kelsay, Patience Baldwin, Chloe Matney

  • One aunt: Elizabeth York

  • Two special friends who were like sisters: Patty Stubbs and Becky Dial
