Johnny K. Johnson, Columbia, KY (1946-2013) He was a native of Russell County, KY, and a resident of Adair County, KY, at the time of his death. He was a chef with the Kentucky State Parks system and a member of the Parks Ridge Church of God. He was a songwriter and an accomplished piano player Johnny K. Johnson, 66, a resident of Summit Manor Nursing in Columbia, He died Sunday, February 3, 2013 at the Westlake Regional Hospital. Funeral service for Johnny K. Johnson will be 1pmCT/2pmET, Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 Main Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. David Hale officiating. Burial will be in the Parks Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call after 11amCT/12pm noon ET, Wednesday at the Bernard Funeral Home. Special music will be by David Hale. Pallbearers: Jonathan Johnson, Allen Johnson, Nabce Johnson, Lee Johnson, Jason Hale, Gary Hale. Johnny K. Johnson, Russell Co., KY native, Adair resident (1946-2013) He was born June 12, 1946 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Joe Allen and Rittie Mae (Sullivan) Johnson. He died Sunday, February 3, 2013, in Columbia, Adair County, KY, as the age of 66 years, 6 months, and 21 days. He was a chef with the Kentucky State Parks system and a member of the Parks Ridge Church of God. He was a songwriter and an accomplished piano player. Preceded in death by a sister Irene Roy and four brothers; Eugene, Danny Joe, Jimmy, and Lewis Franklin Johnson. Survivors include the following:
