Mr. Edward Lee Clark, age 81, of Ingram Avenue, Campbellsville, died Saturday January 26, 2013, at the Taylor Regional Hospital, Campbellsville, KY, after an illness.

Funeral services for Mr. Edward Lee Clark will be held at 10amCT/11amET, Tuesday, January 29, 2013, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel, , 503 E. Main Street, Campbellsville, KY with burial in the Lebanon National Cemetery, 20 Hwy 208, Lebanon, KY, with full military honors by the Marion County DAV Chapter #70. The family request visitation 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Monday, January 28, 2013, at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.

He was born July 19, 1931. He died Saturday, January 26, 2013, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 81 years, 6 months, and 7 days.

He is survived by the following:
  • Three sons and daughters in law: David and Mary Kay Clark of Campbellsville, KY; Tommy and Mary Rita Clark of Lebanon, KY; and Johnny and Belinda Clark of Spurlington, KY

  • Six grandchildren: Sarah Beth, Allison, Melissa, and Steven Clark, Victoria Sharp and Tiffany New

  • Seven great grandchildren

  • Two brothers and sisters in law, Robert and Alice Clark of Lebanon, KY; Mike and Debbie Clark of Jacksonville, Florida

  • Two sisters and brothers in law: Jane and Tom Mills of Lebanon, KY; and Geraldine and Jim Elder of Louisville, KY
