I urge everyone to stay put until ice melts

EDITORIAL

By Victoria Pike
Known Democrat. Chief Correspondent, Greater Bliss, KY

People please stay put inside until the ice melts.

In a fizz to go see if all my cattle were upright, I flew out the door and looked into the great beyond of Greater Bliss and forgot all about the ice until my rear hit the bottom step of our front porch. Plenty of padding in the proper spot prevented a break.

Point of the story, when it looks ok, it really isn't sometimes.

The ice is still there. I did make it to the truck and out to check the girls and all appeared to be upright. Ice, please melt soon.

It will be dinner time for the girls soon. Stay safe. - Victoria Pike
