Louis Glynn Pendleton, Adair County, KY (d. Jan. 10, 2013) He was a native of Adair County. An accomplished athlete. He played for the Adair County Indians in both the 1954 and 1955 Sweet Sixteen State Basketball Championship tournaments He was a self-employed businessman and retired from Joe Pendleton & Son Heating and Air and later from The House of Knives. He was a 50-year, 32nd Degree Mason. His wife, Wanda Montgomery Pendleton, survives. He leaves 7 direct living descendants. Louis Glynn Pendleton, 76, of Shelbyville, KY, died Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Norton Healthcare Pavilion in Louisville, KY. Funeral services will be at 1pmCT/2pmET, Monday, January 14, 2013 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY. Burial will be at Shiloh Christian Church Cemetery, by the Church, 239 Shiloh Cemetery Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT/6pm-9pmET, Sunday, January 13, 2013, at the funeral home. Casket Bearers: James Oates, Jr., Kyle Norsworthy, Nate Oates, Danny Reeves, Tony Waits, and James Louis Reeves. He was a native of Adair County.
